1. Return


We understand that you may decide to return a product that you purchased from us. You have 30 calendar days to initiate a return from the date you received it.

Before Return, Please Note:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received the product.
  • All products must be in acceptable condition(no damage or scratches), and returned in its original box or packaging with all included accessories, cables, manuals, packaging material, etc.
  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
  • To complete your return, you need contactt us for a local return address first.

Return Instructions

Please follow these steps to return an item to Autelpilot:

  • Contact Customer Support at sales@autelpilot.com and attach a recepit of your puchase or order number. Please also include the details of which item(s) you would like to return and why.
  • Our Customer Support team will provide shipping instructions, including a return address. When packing your item(s) for return shipment, please ensure that the items are properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • Once we have received the return, we will inspect the item within one business day. Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method to the card-issuing bank. You will receive an email when the refund has been issued.

Request a Return

Please submit your order ID, Products Name and the reason to request a return.

2. Refund


Once your item is received by Autelpilot it will be inspected within 24-48 hours of its arrival and you will be notified that we have received your item. After the inspection process is complete we will provide an immediate update on the status of your refund.

The whole process from you returning the item to Autelpilot refunding the order may take 9 to 12 days.

3. Replacement Policy


You can request a Replacement Service:

  • Within 30 days of receiving the product if the product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.
  • Within 30 days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure.

Freight

Autelpilot shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults, Otherwise, Customers need to pay for the replacement shipping.
