All orders are shipped out within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). After the order is shipped out, we will update you by email with the tracking number which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

All orders in Europe will ship from our warehouses in Germany/France and be carried by Yodel, DPD, Hermes, DHL, or Royal Mail.
If products are out of stock in EU warehouse ,we will ship it from Hongkong warehouse ,and it is also free shipping and tax-free ,so please don't worry about this.

1. How do I track my order status?
Once your order is shipped, the system will automatically send you the tracking number to your email. You can click the link you receive and track your parcel.
2. After I place an order, how do I change my order before shipment?
If your order has not been shipped. Please contact the customer service team to apply for an order change (shipping address, product model, quantity, color, and other).
3. Are there shipping charges for repeated delivery, rejected or returned packages without reason?
Yes. The consignee will be responsible for extra delivery charges if delivery failures are caused by the consignee. Shipment charges for returned products because of order cancellation or package rejection after the goods have been shipped will be at the consignee’s own expense and will be deducted from the refund.
